Talk to Gynecologist on Fetal Pole 8 Weeks Pregnant

Hi my lmp is 16 july and in today's ultrasound the doc's remarks are that i have good gestational sac and fetal poel is visible and its 8 wks pregnancy I am concerned to know that if heart beat is associated to fetal pole or its detected differently i m confused kindly guide One more thingy doc advised me to take 2 tableta of envepe before bed daily as i have nausea but no vomiting so in case should i take it daily it doesn't affect pregnancy?
