ASSALAMUALAIKUM I'm 35 weeks pregnant today. my placenta is posterior upper segment and the baby position since start is cephalic longitudinal laying. I want to ask what is this presentation is called ? occipito- posterior or occipito- Anterior?? what delivery method is safe in this case? normal birth or operate ?

Ws occipito anterior is normal position of fetal head but occipito posterior can be delivered normally through labour tends to be prolonged or need for instrumental or operative birth is there so u better visit clinic for further evaluation
