Mera pregnancy ka 8 month chl ra h is month k scan ma mery baby ki kidney ma kch issue ayaa h jis ki waja se meri dr ne muje kaha h wo mera case ni kry ge k bachy ko birth p nursery ki zarurat ho ge or hmary hospital ma nursery ki itni achi facilities nii hain. Kindly meri report dekh k muje btaen baby ko kis type ka issue h kya ye issue bhttt serious h or is ka treatment possible h before birth or agr ni tw after birth iska kya treatment ho ga. Ma bhtt pareshan hn Q k last k month ma koi dr case ni leta kindly please help me out baby ko foran after delivery nursery ki zarurat ho ge ??

Thanks you need to see fetomaternal unit for care of baby after delivery baby will have us of kidney
Assalam o alikum. you need to take injection for fetal lung maturity in case of early delivery it will help baby. need to repeat scan after 2 weeks if fetal kidney pelvis dilatation is increasing you might need to deliver early to avoid kidney damage. pre and post delivery need neonatal consultation for further advice. you must see a good gynaecologist for follow up and to plan your delivery. good luck
