Talk to Gynecologist on Fetalis Hydrops
Asking For Self, Female, 30 Years old, d12 sector Islamabad
I am pregnant, 22 weeks, and my baby is having hydrops fetalis (or it may be mild). Fluid is also collecting in the baby’s lungs and under the skin. I have had all the tests done and they are clear: Echo TORCH Rh antibodies Everything is clear.
Now what should I do as the next step? I am very worried, please tell me some solution.

Heart and lung problems, severe anemia (such as from thalassemia or infections), and genetic or developmental problems, including Turner syndrome.are the usual causes, cardiac failure can also cause it severe Rh incompatibility is also another cause certain infections can cause it while baby is inside the only treatable cause is severe fetal anemia which can be treated with in utero blood transfusion or infection can be treated ,genetic cause can not be treated
