Talk to Gynecologist on Fetus Well Being

Im pregnant, i got my last menstrual period in January, i dnt remember exact date. On feb 10, i did strip test at home there was very light pink line, i did strip test again on 19th of feb. there were two bright red lines, dr asked me to do ultrasound before next visit, i got my ultrasound done on 3rd march. My sonologist said there are 2 tiny gestational sacs which she can see, and no cardiac activity, no fetal pole,no yolk sac can be seen, i was suggested beta hcg, i got it done on 3rd of march, here is the report, please tell me the conclusion of this report.
