Dear Doctors, please your advice my wife she is pregnant around 7 month she was no issue but suddenly day before yesterday night she was filling pain in throat then she tool salt water gar gara after whole night she was filling pain whole body and fever also in the morning I went medical store he said give her peracitamol and amoxil after sometime went to doctor they did test of blood which was ok then they do the test COVID-19. maybe morning I will do. throat pain ok now but her voice down and fever and body still she is filling once she will take precitamol the she is filling ok for some hours again. if she is affected covid then what have to do she can continuesly take precitamol or something else. please advice is there harm for baby also?
She may continue with Tab Panadol 2 tablets three times a daytill she receives the Covid result.
The rest will depend on her Covid Status
get proper checkup by a specialist instead of using unnecessary medication on advise of medical store.

Aoa immediately inform the covid centre for pregnant women. They will constantly monitor her and advise. Check oxygen saturation regularly if it is less than 94% immediately to hospital plz. Thankd

Thank you doctor for your reply actually just now I call to ministry of health they advice paracetamol and cough syrup and they said if she has another symptoms then she can visit covid center. if there is necessary they will admit or advice medicine.

Yes only me veccine but not for my daughters but they are safe because my wife she is isolated seprate room

Constant asked her that if she has difficulty in breathing( God forbid) immediately inform and have oxygen cylinder at home plz.
Rest.
Isolation.
Consult a pulmonologist
Isolate her..
Give her vitain c supplemnt as CAC 1000.
She needs paracetamol and amoxil right now.. Observe for her oxygen saturation with pulse oxymeter. Consult ur physician if no recovery
