please approve my post asalam-o-alikum I wanna know what medicine should I take to get releif from sore throat and fever I took 2 tb breeky last night which made my throat and tongues hurts so bad and have fever and extremely nauseaus I thought someone has grab my stomach I tried vomiting nothing happened I'm feeling cold due to fever which leads to no bleeding today
what medicine should I take for fever that doesn't effect the bleeding and how to take breeky which doesn't lead to side effects like I'm feel ... 7 weeks pregnant but the sac showed 4w and very weak !

no my doctor suggested it . I got my confirmation of pregnancy before 2 days of periods . was taking progefikk nd duphaston cuz history of misscarriage at 4 week doctor said sac is there on 6.5w got my bHCG done it showed 2 value . ultrasound did and Dr said take breeky it could be a chemical pregnancy ... what to do should I take breeky again ?
