I having severe pain from last 3 months in my breasts .. have consulted 2 surgeons and 2 general physician .. all of them said .. it's common and nothing to worry about .. specially in this age .. just have a painkiller when you feel pain and irritation etc .. one of them prescribed me .. efamol active for 3 months .. I having this multivitamin for 2 months .. hardly feel any difference .. from last two weeks I'm feeling burning in my under-arms and pain in my breast and upper back .. this is quite depressing and painfull for me .. I wanted to ask is it normal ? :( And secondly should I continue taking efamol active ? I don't take any caffeine item .. very less salt and sugars in my my intake

AOA what type of brassier are you using if it is having steel rod please discard it and wear simple cotton material bra and tske panadol twice a day for two three days insha Allsh you will be fine Are you married?

1: It's important to wear correct fitted pure cotton bra, without any wires or plastic strings. Avoid hooking too tight, buy one size up ( band size), take it off or unhook while taking rest or sleeping. Avoid synthetic material altogether.
2: Take opinion from dermatologist too to rule out any skin problems.
3: Continue taking efamol, it is good for hormonal changes related breast pain.
