Asking For Mother, Female 70, karachi
my mom is facing mild (period like bleeding) first it was like spotting then it came with more flow. latest ultrasound shows fibroids. she is anemic, diabetic, hypertensive, with cardiac and thyroid issues also have gall bladder stones. went thru pci and blood transfusion around 2 months back. please guide me what can i do to avoid blood loss and treat fibroid. its the 2nd time this happened. First time she removed them thru operation in 1986 and now its regrown. Is there any way its treatable via meds.

she is also on blood thinners. and its been just 2.5 months to her angioplasty. how can we go through a procedure that includes general anesthesia and stopping blood thinners. Please can you guide. Is there any other way we can rule out that option.

Post menopausal bleeding is a reg flag. Please get it evaluated. She can get a biopsy done on OPD basis as she has so many risk factors to rule out underlying pathology.
