Painless delivery as by epidural only. Other options are nitrous oxide gas which slightly lessens the pain. Watch YouTube video by prof shamayela hanif on painless delivery.
It wont reduce pain related to birth only epidural better to go to that hospital where epidural is avaialble
Epidural or entanox is the way to relieve pain
C l.pains r spontaneous n u can't assure k any tea will help u in labour ease or earlier it is not recommended try to b relax ...if ur bone n baby allows u to deliver normal that it would b inshallah if u want pain free delivery switch to some better city for privell...stay calm..tc
epidural is the option and entonox breathing.otherwise I have no experience for this tea.if u have smooth labour you can tolerate the pain by grace of Allah
