do u have bleeding per anum.if yes u can use hadensa cream if u have piles that is difficulty in passing stools vth bleeding as mass of muscle cmes out vth faeces in piles and constipation is there also
yes u can use ispaghol husk and take plenty of water avoid constipation. u can also use xylocaine cream at the site for relief
