I am 30 weeks + pregnant with my first baby but today my growth scans shows fl is measuring 3 weeks behind. I am very worried. What should I do?

It is only three weeks difference. It does not prove that legs are short. You repeat scan after two weeks and see whether bone mength is increasing or not.

you need to repeat the scan in two weeks time ,it should be calculate according to early scan which is more accurate and for baby,s growth related to abdominal and head circumpherence and amniotic fluid , the femour measurement may be genetic get second opinion and follow up physically.
