Talk to Gynecologist on Flu, Allergy, Pregnancy

AoA, 9th month hy almost, MashaAllah, having flu and some kind of panic attack in which I feel like I can't breath (don't know if it's flu or pregnancy).
Which anti allergy is safe at this stage..? I took 3 Zanixm antibiotics, then left it, still nose block. Have been applying excessive VICKS everytime on nose, ( that too is expired, is it okay ? ) plz advice something.

just take simple steam along with take tab panadol don't use another medicine
if you want to use Vicks only use Vaporub Vicks apply small amount on nose and then take steam it'll help to open up the nasal blockage
