I have a flu and throat ache for 3 days. Now throat ache is less but head ache is persisting since morning moreover i am pregnant and i dont know what to do during this periodof coronaoutbreak

warm saline gargles daily and strepsils for sorethroat.
for flu steam inhalation with Vicks vaporub two times or nebulize with normal saline.
if flu not improved with these then tab softin at night time
