i have runny nose since 2 days and dry cough with 100 fever on and off. i have taken panadol last night and it took off my fever till the morning. other than this i am having steam, toot siya syrup as well. which medicine should i take that is safe during pregnancy

-have strict check on fever and other symptoms.
-better have in person Consultation to your treating might possible she will check u for corona to be on safe side.
-steam inhealation, gargles, honey ginger cinnemon tea, banced healthy diet, soups, plebty of fluds and sleep.
-have pinstan for fever.
-Multivit as prebious.(iron and calcium with vit D).

In pregnancy usually lorin nsa tablets are safe for flue runny nose
Moreover u must use mouth wash regularly and take steam for 2 weeks. And if fever continues then take antibiotics
