Asking For Self, Female, 31 Years old, Islamabad
I went for the TVS today and my dominant follicle is 18x16 . When can I expect ovulation ? Actually I am away from husband ,will go back tomorrow , wanted to know how long does 18mm follicle take to rupture ? I don’t want to loose this opportunity as my last cycles were a bit disturb, want to conceive soon .report attached

Can you elaborate a little bit please? Do u believe ovulation will occur tonight ? Actually my dr asked me to visit her again tomorrow in the morning to get ivfc shot . But I am not sure to get the shot or. It as I don’t know at what size follicle ruptures
