I had my elec LSCS in lahore.my gynaecologist inserted PPIUCD (copper T) On my request but no follow up advice has been given.as I came back to my in laws in a small town.kindly advise me regarding it's follow up.

U should have a fup every six months and sholud also have ultrasound done

Thanks you did not mention when the cs was done if you have no problem just check up the gynecologist to see the thread nd if no thread is visible on speculam exam then do us to see location of I UCD

hope ur lochia was not heavy...as sumtimes client duznt know and expulsion of PPIUCD occurs...wch is of course v rare as uterus also contracts to keep it in situ...
of course ur 6 wks post natal check up is v imp wch shud b preferably done by ur primary OBG consultant...
u can hv a check by ur self by feeling the thread inside...but wash ur hands thoroughly before and after...
hopefully u r not hvg a smelly and itchy vaginal discharge...and u mus b prescribed vaginal shampoo/ lotion to b used 2-3×/ day...
if ethg is fine u can carry on wth ur intimate relations once ur lochia ends...
all the best...

No infective/vaginal discharge.
No vaginal wash has been advised.

Dear u can check by urself the thread of copper T In vagina..when u will free from puerperium.. If u dont feel thread then u should visit any gud gynae dr in ur area to have examination and scan.
