AOA are you periods are regular if ok then take cerophene tablet 50 mg one tablet daily for five days starting on the second day of menses for five days then do the sex on the 12th day of menses onward not before or not during menses reason being ovulation occurs usually on the 12-14 days of regular cycle so try to catch ova for fertilizations

Periods are regular 28 day cycle but starts with spotting one day only spot and next day periods start after unprotected sex from 5months periods come with spotting but with protection period was come with flow on 1st day no spotting may b that's reason for not concieving yet.?
