Asking for Mother, Female, 48 years old, jhelum
she was missing periods for 8 monts ..now she got it on 16 march it was normal ..after 3 days of its ending it starts again with pain n heavier clots ...what should we do ..we r worried ..in this situation we cant take risk of going out as oll hospitals are also closed..
Get an ultrasound pelvis of patient. Give Cap transamine 500 mg thrice daily and Tab Ponstan thrice daily

- having medications for any health issue ???
- Need more description regarding this petient to guide her well .
- At this age heavy bleeding need investigations actually .
- it's better to have one detailed Examination and Evaluation in Gynae Emergency by having few blood tests ( to check Anaemia as giving history of heavy Bleeding ) ,local Examination and ultrasound to check any major pelvic pathology .
-temporary she can take transamine 500 mgs 8 hrly if sure of her non pregnant status till tomorrow morning to be seen in Gynae Emergency.
- Detailed history need to be discussed as well .
