dear u will have to complete 3months course fir chronic fungal infection.. 1 tab of fluconazole 150mg after every 2days fir first week then weekly fir 3months and take precautionary measures during coitus until treatment course completes

Fungal infections take longer time for complete recovery. After urine culture treatment should be taken for 3 months at minimum.
