Ab I think achi diet lene se is month se bagir tablet k theek ho gyi hai but pait m gas rehti hai jis ki waja se pain hoti rehti hai
salaam. short frequent meal. walk after every meal. less carbohydrates but plenty fluid and high protein for few days. u will be fine in a week in shaa Allah
