I have 7weeks pregnancy bt no heart beat yet.. how much we can wait fr heart beat...nd wat happen aftr that DNC r wat...I have detailed ultrasound report too...doc mentioned there "cardiac flicker is not present"..sac is 26MM..plz guide me age 33
Assalam o alikum. Can you post USg report. According to your details if gestational dac is 26 mm and no cardiac flicker means missed abortion. You can wait for few days for spontaneous abortion or can go for medical termination of pregnancy. No need to go for D &C ss first choice. You can take appointment for advise of medicine as it can't be prescribed on e mail.
Repeat scan after a week and if same report then go for D&C.
