I am 20 weeks pregnant lkn pechly 3 4 din sy mery pait mei boht dard hora ha and i dont know what to do first i thought koi problem ha mne ultrasound bhi kraya ha anomaly and everything is fine but mje apit ka aram ni ara i dont know mosam ki waja sy ha ya kya but agar possible ha tu koi safe medication bta dein jo mn le sakon for this

take two tab Panadol and plenty of fluids ..keep an eye on baby movements...if no relief plz visit for evaluation n treatment
