my wife using piroxatine 20mg .she had itra utrine death of his all first four babies ,all iud,s are during 22to27weaks pregnancy blood presure was remain high .doctors treated htn with aldomet and adalt ratd but not it didnt work .can she take piroxatine in next pregnancy .and is there any splt who can help us plz
