Talk to Gynecologist on Gestational Diabetes

I'm pregnant after 3 years of marriage. Alhamdulillah.

This is my 7th month and I'm diagnosed with sugar. I'm a big big foodie..food is my life..but considering the compilation and everything my doctor has strictly asked me to refrain from eating almost everything (no sugar, no dairy, no rice etc).

As per my knowledge, the third trimester is most crucial for baby's growth so I'm worried as I'm not eating enough. Even i feel hungry at times. I'm on medication as well and some days sugar levels are in control and someday even perhezi khana is increasing the levels. only Allah knows the reason. I don't want to hurt my baby nor do I want to starve. What should i do. I have an appointment next Monday and i need to maintain my sugar levels I'm hell scared of taking insulin or any other medication. Please help you sister
