Talk to Gynecologist on Gonorrhea Case

I started getting discharge, i got it checked here in africa and they gave me course for yeast infection. i did that course twice but no results. then symptoms continued. i travelled to pak and got checked, it turned out be gonorrhea. i was also 1month pregnant when i discovered it. i got treatment and then came out negative but the symptoms were still there. my gyne said its okay it will subside slowly. i came back to africa but it has been 2 months since my negative report the symptoms are still there. I am 5month pregnant now as well. here i got it checked they said agian it might be yeast infection. im doing a course of yeast infection again. but i have gut feeling i am reinfected by gonorrhea. what are the chances of reoccurrence of this infection? my flight to pak is on 1st may. can i wait until then for checkup in pakistan? or should i travel early...
