Talk to Gynecologist on Growth Of Dominant Follicle

Salam , I posted 2days before as well ,I am a bit worried , I want to start family .I have been married for 1 year but didn’t wanted to start family that soon so we started trying for baby from last month (November ) , this is the second month of trying . So now I went for ultrasound for follicle check up on day 9th ,I had 10mm dominant follicle on right ovary,and I saw suppose to do the follow up on day 11th , yesterday was 11th and my dominant follicle was still 10mm ,it didn’t grew in 2days . Now I am really worried is everything ok with me ? My days are regular , went through hormonal tests in last month everything is fine there too , I have 25-26days scycle but got 3days late in last cycle . I am attaching my both reports 15dec and 17 December .PLZ REPLY SOON

No today is day 13th . And on the 9th or 10th day my lh was rising (tested via ovulation kit and I felt my mucus was also fertile during 9-11th day but at that time my follicle was 10mm

As you described polycystic ovary .no sir I don’t have pcos problem .I been through a bunch of pelvic ultrasounds and 2 tvs in last 2 years no dr mentioned it before , there was a slight cycle issue a years before I went to ultrasound know if I hav pcos,alhamdulilah I am clear from pcos.
