loprin is low dose aspirin basically given to prevent still birth,fetal growth restriction,preterm delivery and early miscarriages.
duphastone is progesterone support given during first trimester of pregnancy because during that time placenta is not fully functional yet and does not produce enough hormones and this progesterone prevents and treat repeated 12 weeks this is no longer an issue

in case of history of previous miscarriages, low birth weight babies,any previous deaths etc,loprin is given to ensure that blood doesnt clots and ensures smooth supply of blood to fetus
duphaston is given to support the pregnancy. just to ensure that hormonal deficiency doesnt affect the pregnancy in the earlier phase.

I hope u got answer of ur question as my fellows answered u n I want to just add onething pt with h/ o hypertension or pregnancy induced hypertension we advised aspirin to reduce risk of placental insufficiency n IUGR which already discussed.
