I am 26 weeks pregnant lmp 21 Feb from 3,4 days I have severe pain in legs near my vaginal bones only when I lay down take side or try to stand specially at night when wake up from sleep is it normal or needs to b worried

As long as baby is safe no worries, this pain is due to changes in pelvic bones due to increase in size of uterus.. you can have pain killer like panadol twice a day

inform ur attending OBG-meanwhile do ur urine RE-hope u r taking ur antenatal vitamins regularly ...
consult ur doctor regarding ur problem. can take panadol off and on.
this happens in normal pregnancy, comtinue ur calcium intake and u can take vitamin D3 injection after 2 weeks
During pregnancy, this type of pain is due to hormonal changes that causes joints to become lax for the normal delivery of baby. You can consult a physiotherapist for the pain relief.
