My issue is that I am having irregular periods, last time i got periods on 10 april approx, now i am again having periods. I have a 3 months old baby and i am exclusively breastfeeding him, means no bottle milk. Still i am having this periods issue

no problem it will resolve itself no need to take any medicine after delivery upto 6 to 9 months it is normal

With young baby this problem is common. If bleeding is excessive take Cap Transamine 250 mg subha sham . Otherwise ignore it .

aoa if you were not practicing any contraception do a pregnancy test;if become negative no worries than; you can ignore it and also practice some contraception with an expert opinion.
common issue it's because of breast feeding so every skip do a pregnancy test ...and also practice some contraception with doc advice...
