What was the indication of last caesarean? You can wait till 38 weeks. Any reason for increased liquor??

Your scar thickness mentioned is very less. It should by 2.5 mm and above

at 39.5 water broke n due to fetal distress emergency csec was done , no reason of increased liquor diagnosed yet , normal HbA1c , normal Gct , normal ogtt , normal Anomaly scan

Then you can still wait till 38/39 weeks with close monitoring. Would not suggest induction. If no labour then go for caesarean.
