LACTATING MOTHER OF 2MONTHS BABY BORN AT 39+4W. I have following questions: 1) Which vitamins and minerals are transferred through mother feed? like A, B-Comp, E, D, zinc, Mg, potassium etc etc. 2) Which vitamins and minerals should be supplemented? and by which age? 3) My hb is 13. Does my baby still iron supplement to maintain Hb? if yes, by which age? 4) I want my baby to not even develop a taste of sugar. So what could be the sugar free options? Thanks
Breast milk contain Iron, zinc, calcium, sodium and magnesium. Little amount of vit B complex and vit c is also present.
you baby need outside source of only Vit D drops daily till 1 years of age.
You need iron and calcium supplements throughout lactation.
Baby doesn't develop taste of sugar on its own so avoid adding sugar in baby's food when you start weaning. You can simply add some fruit puree for flavour.
