There's no issues ,if this is happen first time , it's better to not to take any medicine during periods some time it reduces period flow , check Ur next cycle , if u feel Ur periods flow is not normal ,then u have to visit any good gynecologist or take an appointment through Marhum.

once in a blue moon cycle abnormality is ignorable...cycle of 28-35 days +/- 2-3 days is ok to deal wth...
and fr breast discharge-repeat ur prolactin levels and go for breast ultrasound if prolactin is normal...
