Talk to Gynecologist on Gynae Problem (fungal Infection)

AoA.. Respected doctor... I am suffering from an vaginal fungal infection since last week and also have an severe kidney infection. I am using medicines to treat it and feels better but today i have some bloody discharge time to time i.e (2-4) times in a day till now and have pain in lower abdomen, i dont have idea whats is it. plz guide me what actually causes it? even though i am not mensturating right now. Is this all right or not? kindly guide me plz.
