Talk to Gynecologist on Gynae Related

I hv periods issue since 3 years. I get irregular periods. Even i started getting periods after 3 4 months. I hv facial hair as well. Few months before i visited a gynecologist she prescribed to take duphaston 10mg tablet every month before periods for 10 days. She also did ultrasound n said ultrasound is okay. I hv been taking duphston for 4 months. Couldn't visit her. She said to take tablet for 3 months n they'll become regular. When i took it for 3 months n skip on 4th, i didn't get periods. Now this month i again took tablets n got periods after 2 months. What should i do? Keep taking medicine. She didn't suggest any test or said whether i hv pcos.
