Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaec Issue

I am married (11months ) , no pregnancy.I have been facing chronic pain in my right pelvic area with extreme nausea ( it’s been like 3-4 months now )Got three dr changed.. ran all the tests recommended by my gynaecologist all were normal . Still didn’t figure out the cause of the pain . Got my pelvic usg TVs and blood tests urine test done . Still unaware of the issue which is causing this much pain . So distressed . Please help me and recommend me one best gynaec who would rule out the cause of the pain .
