- It's hyperemesis Graviderm ( vormitings in pregnancy ) that can be treated in hospital as well if having Dehydration .
- in this petient situation more intense due to cough and sputum .
- she should have urine dipstick checked for urine ketones and should have complete blood count to check infection .
- it's better to treat dehydration by intravenous fluids along with intravenous anti vormitings medications along with vit b1 and Vit B6 ( vitamens help to reduce risk of dehydration side effects ) .
- mostly in pregnancy urine infection also causes infection so if it comes in urine and in blood should have antibiotics that will help in cough and sputum as well.
- vital monitoring also required .
- nabulization ,steam inhalation gargles needed many times a day after treating vormitings in hospital immediately .
- as soon as vormitings cured then have ginger , cinnamon and honey tea that will be very effective for cough and flue .
- so better to have intravenous fluids and intravenous cyclizine injection with vit b and vit b6 and then continue oral fluids and cyclizine 50 mgs 8 hrly before meals and vit b 1and b6 for vormitings .
- for antibiotics better to have CBC and urine dipstick and analysis and culture .
