I usually have heavy flow periods but this time I had rusty discharge on day one & day two. Later on day three I had blood with some sticky lacey texture of consistency for almost like a whole day and it almost filled a pad in 24hrs but nor on my forth day there’s hardly few drops on blood on my pad now can you guide me is everything alright is it normal regular monthly period or implantation bleeding? Ps: I drank cinnamon+ fennel seeds + fenugreek tea & cinnamon+ ginger+ turmeric milk. And I do regular take 1000mg Vitamin C supplements daily.

But as I saw the implantation bleeding is not as much it's a reduced flow in menstrual blood . But if u are suspecting a pregnancy go for serum beta HCg levels that will make sure that if u have bleeding or not
If it's in one cycle only just change ur life style and modify it like take salad and fruits and avoid excessive carbohydrate ... Note other sign like u are having acne or having hair on face, weight gain etc
Have pelvic ultrasound to rule out PCOS if u feel this reduce flow in next cycle than u can consider harmone testing
Right now just have a urine pregnancy test or Bhcg to reduce ur suspicion of pregnancy
