Hello.. I want u you guys to discuss on topic which here i m denoting.... A girl 27 years Unmarried is having irregular periods, like if she takes medcines like contraceptives she then have regular cycle otherwise if she dont use medicines she dont bleed... What is d cause? what treatment should be appropriate further.. Please guide..
Get her ultrasound done...Usg to rule out any pelvic pathology...and thn consult a gynaecologist...there are many causes of irregular cycle..

- dear hormonal imbalance could be cause if irregular periods that need to be Evaluated,investigated ,Examined and then to treat accordingly .
- have complete treatment for any health issue she have .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- Daily walk ,yoga and Exercise .
- Recreational activities and quit recreational drugs .
- if have been observing Abnormal hairs growth ,weight gain with irregular periods then need blood tests ( testosterone ,progesterone ,prolectin ,fsh and lh ,insulin ,thyroid function test) on day 2 of periods .
- pelvis scan also needed to check for poly cystic ovaries .
- 3 months course of hormonal contraceptives could help in case f hormonal imbalance .
- collect labs and discuss here .

Might be she is suffering in PCO's, ovarian cyst and fibroids etc for proper diagnosis do abdominal ultrasound and take appointment through marham
maximum chances of PCOS...HAVE SERUM TSH,FSH, LH,PROLACTIN from good lab on second day of cycle
