- if u have been trying for Conception then check pregnancy status by having serum beta hcg as urgent if it's reports positive .as in case of positive pregnancy test u will need evaluation for Urgent intervention.
- if it reports Negative then better to have urinalysis and urine culture and high vaginal swab to check respective infections .
- have Complete treatment for any health issue u have .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- Daily walk ,yoga and Exercise .
- follow with beta hcg report and have one detailed Examination by Gynae specialist.
