Hello, I am 26 years old female my height is 5 feet 3 inches my BMI is 29.2. Recently back in 2018 one of lady dr declared me a pcos patient after ultra sound. Clearly i have no symptoms of hairs acne periods problem etc . Later on , I had my pelvic scan from 2 others ultra sound specialist doctors they declared me "no cyst is present " in my ovaries. Should i go for blodd test or not? Secondly my periods are regular and clearly no acne or hairs loss or hair gain on chin areas .

Your periods are regular you have no Acne, No hirsutism , I can not understand why did you visited your gynaecologist , are you married and having fertility issues?? Your only issue is that Your BMI is on higher side you need to reduce weight , bring your BMI to 25 , any family history of diabetes?
