I went to gynaecologist here in Muscat and was prescribed Ovamit tablet 50mg 2 per day for 5days History My periods were due on 25july it was late and came on 2nd August naturally without medication otherwise my periods are normally regular I have a toddler 2.5years conceived naturally without medication I am concerned why am I prescribed this medication

Also I didn't ask doc that i want medicine to get pregnant as i assume it will happen naturally like my previous pregnancy

I didn't ask for any treatment related to pregnancy as its just 2months of trying for baby and i assume pregnancy will happen naturally like previous one
Also I am breastfeeding my baby
I am also asked to visit for an ultrasound on 11 day of my cycle
The prescription is 2 tablets of Ovamit 50mg for 5days after meal

yes they have called you on 11th day to see whether the egg size made with prescribed medicine is good or not.

if you want to concieve now you can take it. if you want to wait for natural conception dont take it.
