Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist
Asking for Sister, Female, 25 years old, Karachi
My sister Married since 1.5yrs Prev Hx : TOP due to spina bifida baby in Sep 2020 Currently conceived naturally LMP : 28 March Had her 1st TVUS today. But no fetal pole no yolk sac seen. We are really worried . Please tell what to do.. Dr advised to repeat scan after 2 weeks. And has prescribed duphaston 10mg 2 times a day. And she is already taking folic acid 5mg two times a day. Is it okay ?

By dates it is 6 weeks pregnancy,just sac is visible,continue the treatment she is taking and repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks that will be may be very small early pregnancy that will grow and fetus will be visible after two weeks or anembryonic (fetus not visible),soon just wait.
