Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist

My sister married since 1.5 years is pregnant second time. 1st pregnancy terminated in sep 2020 due to spina bifida baby. Now her lmp is 28 march and according to TVUS she is 5wks 1 day pregnant (Done on 8 may) But in US only gestational sac seen no fetal pole no yolk sac. We are really worried about it can this turn into a successful pregnancy.?? Her dr advise her re scan after 2 weeks. Currently taking duphaston 20.mg 1+1 and folic acid 5mg 1+1.
