Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist - Birth Control Pills

I was not able to respond to doctor somehow its not allowing i have attached picture of my original question. Doctor said to skip the plaecbo and just start a new pack of YAZ when one finishes. I wanted to ask instead is it not possible to start YAZ on cycle day 10? Will that not help in delaying periods for a few more days? And if i skip the placebos lets say, what are the chances i still get withdrawal bleeding? I don’t want to ruin the trip, its specifically a water activities based vacation.
