Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist - Hcg Levels
Asking For Self, Female 27, lahore
On 12th march I did urine test and pregnancy was positive. Did HCG test on the same day and it came 391. Repeated test after 48 hours and it came 735. The doctor says go for TVS. is there any issue?
Because it's very low for bhcg to rule out ectopic pregnancy and other issues it's important to go for tvs...

how many weeks is your pregnancy?
any pain in abdoimen,shoulder tip,any bleeding ?pregnancy is after any treatment?history of past pregnancies?if any go straight to emergency ,,otherwise u can go for scan ...ur last b hcg is above 3000 usually trans abdominal scan should show pregnancy at this b hcg but yes I'd it's not clear ...then u need to do transvaginal....so better to go directly tvs
