Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist, Ovarian Cyst
Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, LAHORE
I had extreme pain during periods, doctor suggested pelvic ultrasound. An ovarian cyst was was minor doctor gave me progyluton for 21 days along with adfolic. Now i have gotten ultrasound again,the cyst is still there. I have consulted another doctor she has recommended denzen,cefspan and flagyl. And YAZ for a month after this. I have recently gotten married and I am not sure if this medicine will cause any side effects to concieve later on or not. My husband is diabetic and we want to plan baby in a month or two. We are not on any contraceptive right now. Suggest me alternatives for cyst

the doctors treatment is proper. ovarian cyst will take 1 to 3months to resolve after which you can try to conceive.

Aoa YAZ 28 is contraceptive pills. You can continue for 3months. If u are planning for pregnancy latter. Share the report of scan. Then advise can be given. Thanks
Take rest of the medicines and don't take Yaz and then see the results
Just take antibiotic antibiotic and denzene . Progyluton and yaz both are contraceptives though u can take but since you are worried about pregnancy skip that and if its simple cyst and less than 3 cm dont worry. Else share your ultrasound report for details of cyst
