Salam I had vaginal delivery with episiotomy on 9 oct ...everything is fine alhamdulillah but whenever I stand up after laying down I feel pressure down there same as delivery pressure and its not bearable I cant even stand properly due to that pressure pain ..plz tell me whats the problem
