I had severe disabling pelvic and low back pain for almost a week along with weakness. Now that my due date has passed of period my pain has also ended. Currently trying to conceive. Periods 3 days late. Currently feeling more hungry with nausea spells specially on meat. low back pain on standing much. Some twitches in lower abdominal randomly Otherwise ok. Can i be pregnant?
