I m a 24 years old woman married from 7 months..and i conceived which was totally unplanned..i had episodes of excessve vommiting right 2 weeks after meeting to whch i had urine pregnancy test and it was positive..i went to gynaecologist in lahore for medical termination of pregnancy ..my last menstural period date was 24th august 2019 n i had urine pregnncy test n consultation from gynaecologst on 13th septmbr 2019..she advised me breeky n cap.mixel 400mg for 5 days ..i had bleeding from 17 to 22septmbr..n aftr we are using protection for meeting... But now again i m not hvng periods but urine pregnncy test is NEGTVE but nausea n abdomen is dilating n i have lower abdomen pain...from.past 2 weeks I m worried that despite of no pregnancy i m not hvng periods from 22septmbr till omward N.abt the abdmn.pain n dilalation.. Please guide what should i do now???
aoa.it is quite normal that your periods become irregular for short period after medical termination of pregnancy..i will suggest u to have ultrasound to rule out any uterine n ovarian cause..if ultrasound is normal then no need to worry..just wait..
n about abdominal pain.it is common side effect of tab breeky.i will suggest u to take tab nospa for pain.it will improve your symptoms

- but to be in safe side can have serum beta hcg ( blood pregnancy test ) to check pregnancy status ( if blood pregnancy test not done ) .
- if pregnancy test report negative then can take precautions for better life style .
Can take regular cyclic contraceptives after discussing Detailed history here or with local gynae Specialist .
- life style precautions could be balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
- daily walk ,yoga and exercise .
